INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT

The terms “customer service” and “pest management” should be synonymous

Spraying Pesticides In Buildings Is Out

If there is only one thing you need to know about Environmental Coalition Incorporated, it is that we use alternative methods to control pests compared to other pest management firms. Simply put: we do not proactively spray in any building we service. In fact, we have operated this way for almost thirty years. You, your team members and your building occupants can breathe easy knowing that we will use the most effective means possible to control pests without the use of spray or liquid pesticides. We also never recommend indoor fogging or broadcast spray applications. Why? Spray and liquid pesticides are volatile. As the liquid dries, it produces an off-gas that lingers in the environment. Air handlers do not separate these gasses; instead, they help to push and pull these off-gasses into other areas outside of the original treatment zone. Small doses of pesticides mingling with indoor air are not something we want any of our clients to have to deal with.

Houston TX Commercial Pest Professionals

Most pest control companies start out in the residential services field, but Environmental Coalition Incorporated is different. The founders of ECI started out in the commercial market, servicing office buildings in the 1980s. Decades later and we are a well-established company that property management professionals have come to rely on for their preventative pest control and pest management needs. Not only are we constantly educating ourselves on the latest pest management protocols and procedures, but we also take a very active role in learning about building structures. Food, shelter, and water are key components of any ecosystem. If you do not fully understand the shelter portion of where a pest resides, you cannot adequately understand how to eradicate the pest.
